Energy Assessor will contact you to make an appointment within 2 working hours after the order has been received.
All Residential EPCs are emailed within 24 hours after assessor visit.
All Residential EICRs are emailed within 24-48hours after assessment.
All Commercial EPCs are emailed within 48-72 hours (depending on property size).
All Residential and Commercial EPC reports will only be issued on receipt of full payment.
You agree to provide us sufficient and accurate information about the EPC property.
We cannot accept any liability for any error in EPC based on information provided by you, Public register inaccuracy or third party.
You have right to cancel your order and get full refund 24 hours before the appointment time. There will be a cancellation Fee is £10.
No refund will be issued after assessor’s Visit.
If EICR has unsatisfactory outcome then all remedial work should be completed within 28 days, there will be a half price charge for revisit (to inspect and retest remedial work).
There will be no charge for revisit if remedial work is completed by us and within 28 days of initial assessment.
